10 year guarantee
All products installed by Hampton Conservatories come with a complete guarantee for 10 years. This covers the locks, hinges, glass and profiles, which is standard with most double glazing companies. If we have undertaken any other building work such as electrics, plumbing, tiling or plastering during an installation, then these are guaranteed also, leaving you satisfied that you have made the right choice for your installation.

The uPVC window and door range is suitable for both refurbishments and new-build applications in residential and commercial buildings. Flex's uPVC profile range is extensive so that a wide range of window designs can be fabricated to satisfy most architectural criteria. This includes top hung, tilt-and-turn, casement, pivot, sliding or fixed windows. The range of features built into the lex Tritec system has been engineered with the focus on maximum efficiency and performance. This includes the option of fixing hardware into steel for improved technical performance and superior levels of security, and positive friction-stay location to reduce the strain on screws and hinges.

The thermal efficiency of the Flex uPVC profile is its main advantage.flex Tritec is a 60mm, three chambered system accommodating either single or double glazing up to 32mm. As a result of the German-engineered design of the Flex uPVC profiles, the energy-saving compared to other traditional window systems is conservatively calculated at 35%.

A glance at the worst-case whole glazing element performance values in SANS 204-2/-3 shows PVC-U outperforming aluminium and steel on every window configuration.

lex's uPVC windows and doors have been tested extensively for over 20 years. They are durable and resistant to ultra violet rays. Flex's uPVC profiles will not become brittle, discolour or flake over a period of time.

The windows and doors require little maintenance. They do not need to be sanded, oiled, painted or have new putty applied. PVC is an ideal polymer for recycling and thus has a long life cycle. In South Africa waste cut-offs are used as regrind in the manufacture of other locally produced PVC products.

Furthermore, uPVC windows and doors have sound dampening characteristics and improved security performance. REHAU window profiles carry a 10 year guarantee against product failure and are fully supported through a network of Authorized Partners. However, grey imports are not supported by REHAU in this market as they are not UV stable and thus not suitable for the South African climate.
